Dinner on the Sand
One of our dearest clients invited friends to kick off their shoes, feel the sand between their toes, and join their friends at a beautiful table just steps away from the Pacific Ocean. Along the Silver Strand of Coronado, guests enjoyed a family-style dinner and live music in an exclusive setting that even locals don’t experience.
Design
This event redefined coastal luxury and elevated the concept of a summer campout. It was an opulent celebration of nature’s beauty and the gathering of good friends. The curated palette had canvas, sand, pine, and sage tones. The combination of these colors formed a beautiful tapestry that linked the event's design to its surroundings and elevated the natural ambiance.
Coronado provided the perfect canvas with its pristine shoreline, gentle waves, and idyllic backdrop. The heart of the soiree was a culinary experience. The communal dining table paralleled the shoreline and natural textures were incorporated into the tabletop selection, including linen, hand-thrown clay dishware, and rattan chairs.
Delights
Guests were greeted with beachy tunes, full bar and an inviting seafood station to start snacking. A duo offering of fish and vegan ceviche and oysters satisfied guests as they settled into cocktail hour. Specialty cocktails were a celebration of the tropical spirit, including a playful riff on a pina colada and a refreshing lemon mojito mocktail.
As the sun started to dip, we invited guests to the dining table for a family-style experience. The menu unveiled a delectable array of dishes that spoke to comfort and sophistication in equal measure.
It was an unforgettable dining experience that embodied the very spirit of the event—luxury entwined with the natural world, a celebration of flavors, and coastal enchantment.
